Verified documents
The YachtVerify network label.
A boat entrusted to a network broker can have its papers verified: identity, ownership, mortgage, financing, VAT. It carries the badge on all its listings, and the buyer checks the record.
The label covers the documents, never the condition of the boat. It does not replace a survey.

Frequently asked questions
Valuing your boat
How is my boat's valuation calculated?
It compares your boat with comparable boats for sale today: listings less than 12 months old, widened to similar models when they are scarce, prices brought back to your boat's year. The usual gap between asking price and sale price is then applied, followed by condition, engine hours, equipment and VAT status.
Is the valuation free?
Yes, and there is no sign-up. The result appears on screen; your email is only needed if you want the summary with the comparable boats used.
How long does it take?
Five screens at most, then two to three minutes of searching while the comparable listings are read. You can close the page and receive the result by email.
Which boats can be valued?
Motor boats, sailboats, RIBs and multihulls, whatever their size or age. Only a boat so rare that no comparable boat is for sale receives a tailored valuation: a specialist sends you a price within 24 hours, free of charge.
Does the valuation replace a survey?
No. It is an indicative valuation of the market value, based on listings. Only a survey by a marine surveyor establishes the boat's actual condition.
What if I want to sell?
After the valuation, you can submit your listing request: selected brokers in your area send you a proposal within 48 hours, free of charge. You compare and choose, with no commitment.
